For nearly thirty years, Shelly worked at a prominent law firm, starting as a legal secretary. In this fast-paced environment, she honed strong organizational and multitasking abilities, focusing on detail whether preparing documents, reviewing filings, or maintaining precise records. These foundational skills later proved invaluable as she transitioned into technology and operations roles.
Shelly’s curiosity about technology inspired her to seek new challenges. One of her first IT projects, configuring email for the firm, now feels like a milestone from another era. Over time, she advanced to IT Manager, overseeing helpdesk support, core infrastructure, application support, user training, and traveling to set up network systems for new office locations.
Shelly has always enjoyed helping others work more efficiently, which naturally led her to focus on process improvement initiatives. Leveraging her experience managing complex tasks, she worked to ensure operations ran smoothly and effectively. In her Managed Services role, she builds long-term client relationships, supports and optimizes their M365 environments, provides monthly and annual reports, responds to immediate helpdesk needs, and delivers customized training.
As an M365 Consultant, Shelly collaborates with talented colleagues on structured projects, often focusing on SharePoint and Teams implementations. Working across diverse industries, she enjoys helping clients develop their intranets, leveraging her organizational and troubleshooting skills to create solutions that meet their needs even before they can envision them.
Procise Solutions encourages a healthy work and life balance, allowing Shelly to prioritize her family. She manages the household while her husband is away for work, dedicating time to their two teenagers and their marching band schedules. During the summer, she enjoys gardening, boating, and spending time outdoors, while the colder months are reserved for playing piano and indulging her passion for cooking.
