What we do?
In our last blog post, What’s in a Name?, we explored the meaning behind the name Procise Solutions. To continue that theme, I asked Copilot to write an elevator pitch about what Procise Solutions does:
“At Procise Solutions, we specialize in streamlining business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise, we help organizations optimize their workflows, reduce costs, and achieve their strategic goals. Our tailored solutions are designed to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring maximum impact and long-term success. Whether you're looking to improve productivity, implement new systems, or navigate complex challenges, Procise Solutions is your trusted partner in driving business excellence.”
Every sales training I’ve attended and sales book I’ve read emphasizes the importance of having an elevator pitch ready to go. It's a quick and compelling introduction on what your company does, why it matters, and how we can help. While I’m not one to argue with the experts, after 15 years of nurturing and growing Procise Solutions, boiling it down to a short “pitch” feels like a let-down.
Copilot did a great job, but I think I can provide a bit more detail about who we are and what we truly do.
Services and Technologies
To really understand what we offer, let’s first dive into the services and technologies we work with. Our key portfolio offerings include:
It goes deeper
We don’t stop there. To really capture the depth of what Procise Solutions does, you need to understand our background and history.
We blend a unique mixture of technical skills, business skills, process, and heart. We started primarily as developers and technical resources focused on the Microsoft ecosystem. What has always set us apart is our ability to blend business expertise and communication skills to ensure successful projects that exceed customer expectations.
As we grew so did our approach. We started developing “The Procise Way” a framework for structured analysis and design. It’s our roadmap to meet clients where they are in their technical journey, ensure stakeholder involvement, manage change effectively and develop a killer solution.
The Procise Way has evolved over the years, adapting to changes in technology and client needs, but it remains the core of everything we do. An often-overlooked aspect of technology projects is change management. Many Microsoft 365 projects affect every user in an organization, so having a cohesive change management plan as part of the project is critical. That’s why we integrate change management from the very beginning - helping to ensure smooth transition and high employee adoption.
The People behind Procise
The most important part of Procise Solutions is certainly our people. When it comes down to it, when you hire a consulting company, you are not just hiring a set of skills; you are hiring the individuals who will bring your project to life.
We work hard to develop and maintain a culture that attracts and retains top talent. Our team genuinely cares about every project, client, and outcome. Beyond the technical expertise, we bring values of integrity, trust, honesty, caring, and heart to every project. It’s the combination of soft skills and technical know-how that makes Procise unique.
Putting it all together: The projects we deliver
When you combine our expertise, process and people, the result is successful, high impact projects. Here are a few of the most common solutions that we deliver:
Our expertise doesn’t stop there. We use our strong technical backgrounds to bring creative and unique solutions to some of our most commonly requested services and solutions:
